Unique Cultural Exchange Announces Official Partnership with CIEE for the Summer Work Travel Program

We are proud to announce our official partnership with CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange) to support the BridgeUSA Summer Work Travel (SWT) Program, creating more opportunities for university students to participate in authentic cultural exchange experiences in the United States.

Founded in 1947, CIEE is one of the world’s largest and most respected nonprofit international education organizations. As an official U.S. Department of State-designated BridgeUSA J-1 Exchange Visitor Program Sponsor, CIEE has spent more than 75 years promoting international understanding through educational and cultural exchange. Today, CIEE serves millions of participants from more than 130 countries and regions, providing life-changing global learning experiences for students and young professionals.

Through its extensive network of employer partnerships across the United States, CIEE offers a wide variety of Summer Work Travel opportunities in industries such as hospitality, tourism, retail, food service, recreation, and entertainment. Participants gain valuable professional experience while living and working alongside American colleagues and fellow international students, allowing them to develop English language proficiency, intercultural communication skills, and a deeper understanding of American society and workplace culture.

Through this partnership, Unique Cultural Exchange combines its personalized participant support with CIEE’s internationally recognized program management and employer network to deliver a comprehensive and rewarding cultural exchange experience. Our dedicated team provides guidance throughout every stage of the program, including application advising, English assessments, interview preparation, documentation support, visa guidance, pre-departure orientation, and continuous assistance throughout the participants’ stay in the United States.
